Plus, the normal offices, apartments, warehouses and retail. Loan Ranges: $200,000 and up.

As lenders, we specialize in short and long term first mortgage real estate loans.  With our correspondent and affinity relationships, we are involved with bridge loans, mezzanine loans, SBA loans, Fannie/Freddie loans, HUD loans and other Real estate loans.  We are interested in nearly every type of commercial real estate.

Our Strengths:

Our experience allows us to quickly determine if a deal will actually fit our loan parameters (subject to appraisal).  We do not apologize for a fast “NO”; but we hate to lose a deal after everyone has invested lots of time and money.
